UK Shipping

Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
Express Delivery: 1–2 working days

International Shipping

International delivery times vary by country. Customs fees or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where available).

Lost or Delayed Parcels

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs or incorrect delivery information. If your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
